I love you guys so don’t get me wrong but this really really felt very biased for Fantom.

One of the things I love most about your channel is just how impartial you make your videos so it kind of rubs me the wrong way(?) when you make a video that’s very pro one coin versus the other?

I think that it can feel that way at time, but I sure altcoin trys to give his best impressions of coins. I mean I do the same in my videos and try to give only education info

Good objective review. I think FTM’s growth curve is also much steeper if you look at the last few months and it has a lot more momentum AVAX could regain some ground if they put out more incentives. Also, FTM may not have the number of developers but they have two of the best minds in DEFI. FTM price continues to lag but should catch up to the metric this year

Fantom is mostly a copy/paste of the Ethereum source code which is open source. In this way is is very similar to the Binance BSC technology (a fork of ethereum). There is mostly no original technology.
On the other hand Avalanche code is 100% original and has an extremely strong technical team behind it. No doubt in my mind that long term Avalanche wins.

Besides, you did not mention the core strengths of AVAX:
1/ The consensus mechanism of Avalanche is groundbreaking and enables extreme scalability on the main chain while also enabling the low cost of validation. It is the greatest Innovation ever in blocking consensus, except for the proof of history of Solana.
2/ The Avalanche chain is a DAG not a traditional blockchain, another main advantage that makes the super short finalization time.
3/ The Avalanche subnets enable infinite scalability
4/ Costs of establishing AVALANCHE subnets are minimal making the bar extremely low
5/ The main chain of Avalanche is in reality composed of 3 different blockchains which separates contract execution from value exchange for example. This is a massive advantage for Avalanche as it enables to optimize each of the 3 speialized blockchain for its specific role
