Facebook Reverses Cryptocurrency Ad Ban – Today's Crypto News

  1. Why is everyone saying they reversed it? It was always supposed to be a temporary solution

  2. Be cautious, Facebook will charge you for years to come if you don’t manually remove the payment method. They were charging my PayPal for years without me knowing.

  3. My opinion: Facebook made this reversal because of money. After all the negative news about their privacy violations, they lost millions of users. I personally have friends too that stopped using fb or cancelled their accounts. I’m pretty sure they felt that in their pockets. So by allowing cryptocurrency related ads again, even though there are restrictions, they can increase their ad revenue. They can’t just suddenly do a 100% reversal bc that would look shady. But this partial reversal still makes them look shady too.

  4. Hopefully FB becomes the new MySpace, and we can all move to a more private and decentralized platform.

  5. Makes sense. And I think the SEC decision on etherium not being a security was another factor

  6. Binance Coin (BNB) is historically and statistically the best investment in crypto. If you want to make money in crypto, buy Binance coin (BNB) and hodl. Don’t take my word for it. Lock at the history on Coin Marked Cap. Is there a Crypto with better performance than BNB? Binance coin will continue it steady climb upwards.

  7. Facebook should partner with Steem. Making their own coin will be a head ache and create frustration with their users (every time the market crashes and people loose money). Therefore, my personal opinion is they should have Steem do the dirty work for them. Moreover, this will also stop Facebook dying like myspace did, once Steem is Mass adopted.

  8. FB should adopt Reddcoin as their social media currency. I believe it is more than just the ad revenues. Whether Reddcoin, Steemit, Ripple, Litecoin, or whatever coin, FB will eventually choose one to adapt with the times or get left behind like Blockbuster.
