They most important purpose of LUNA was to keep UST pegged to 1$. Now with that purpose lost (UST currently at 0,06$) and a 6,5B circulating supply of LUNA, there’s no way they can save it. A fork wouldn’t solve any problems since there’s absolutely no trust in the Terra’s team and a significant burn would be too expensive (and no guarantees it would ever get back to even 0,10$)

If they are determined to fork Luna then we should propose to also raise gas fees on Luna Classic to burn LUNA Classic after the fork. There’s no reason they can’t do both and possibly recover some of the value of Luna Classic over the long term. 🚀🚀

I keep stacking my Ethereum. Bought $200 more this morning… I just feel proof of stake will overtake proof of work. Technically, Ethereum is Bitcoin’s adversary, is how I see it. Which one will win? I’m all in on Ethereum… I hope I’m right.

the human factor also.. too many have been burned by UST depeg and LUNA death spiral… lots of people lost a lot of money, people will short it as soon as new luna goes live

@lark – I have a silly question. When you keep saying “we use” (you said it on the LUNA network and Ethereum Network portion of this video… and you’ve said it frequently), do you mean that general users are doing something specific with the networks? Or applications running on top of them, and everyday people are using them and perhaps not knowing? How does one “purposely USE the Ethereum/LUNA networks”?

Also – will moving from POW to POS … mean that it’s ETH2.0??? My ETH coins are locked until 2.0 as they’re BETH coins right now…
