  1. That’s awesome! They decide to do it while the SEC is closed because of our government shutdown, way to go Estonia!

  2. This was NASDAQ’s idea they are the front runners in this project there isn’t going to be any pushback from the companies

  3. Now that’s some interesting news! Regarding Coinplan, I read through their website and terms and conditions and found nothing concerning taking possession of one’s keys. It appears users are not able to take their coins off of Coinplan’s site, making Coinplan a centralized custodial account with management fees. Does anyone have any info on this?

  4. They don’t take management fees, there are only transactional fees. Seems like a similar setup to Circle.

  5. Thanks, Christopher, that’s helpful. I suppose for some percentage of the crypto market (particularly new users and/or users who have no interest in learning how or why to hold keys) Coinplan makes sense. And, it’s great that they’re introducing new folks into crypto. I just have difficulty getting over the concept of allowing someone else maintaining custody and control over one’s keys. Still, I hope Coinplan finds success.
