If it’s to allow late institutions time to stock up on BNB, the SEC are doing their job to help protect them.
At the end of the day, we just need to remember that the SEC and laws within the United States only apply to transactions within the United States jurisdiction. These laws do not apply worldwide.
Common sense crypto regulation is cool. But when I look on the EUs` crypto regulation plans and forbidding self-hosted wallets 😪

This is REALLY important news. Thanks for putting it on your channel. It’s a step in the right direction. Keeping under the $200 ceiling simplifies everyday usage. The SEC is no one’s friend- they deserve a seat at the back of the crypto bus.

GREAT hopium chart comparison of BTC & Google. Exactly what the 30k foot view, involving both TA & fundamentals of crypto, would suggest will happen.
This market might not be great for investors but it’s great for traders. Nice clear trends, it’s a great opportunity to learn some TA and how to trade and stack some funds for when we do hit bottom.
I remember the beginning of the year 100% being in a bear market & Lark telling us we were in an extended bull market.

Since the entire world relies on USD as the World reserve currency, and bill such as this will have far reaching impact globally to all countries. Indirectly of course. No direct jurisdictional control, but this will impact all crypto globally.
