Korean authorities find no illegal activity in Bithumb investigation
Bithumb now has a tax bill of 30 billion won to pay, which amounts to roughly $28 plhom.
A tax bill that big isn’t very surprising, as the platform charges average fees of 0.3% on roughly $250 million in transactions per day.
If Bithumb charges this much for trades, that would mean that the company makes a staggering figure of roughly $750,000 per day, which amounts to almost $274 million per year.

Norwegian Air CEO to launch crypto exchange
Billionaire Norwegian Air CEO Bjørn Kjos is launching a cryptocurrency exchange named Norwegian Block Exchange, and on a related note Norwegian Air now accepts cryptocurrency as payment.
Earlier, the company NBX Exchange, had raised $250,000 in a fundraising round.
The CEO went on to say “We’re looking at things that are easy to scale… having a cryptocurrency as payment option in the airline, We see that there is a need for a serious marketplace where you can buy and sell cryptocurrencies.”
NBX has ambitious plans with a goal of rivaling exchanges like GDAX and Kraken
