Hey ET Fam! I hope everyone's week has been awesome. In the last video, I shared with you all my plans of turning $1M into $100M within the next seven years. This doesn't happen without seeing around every corner in an effort to not be blindsided by any catastrophic events. That's why today's content will take the focus off of crypto for a brief moment. We're going to talk about real estate and the looming crash that could be happening soon.

There have been alarms going off for months now, but not many are convinced that we should be too alarmed. However, real estate has been on an up only trend for quite some time now. As the saying goes, "what goes up, must come down." With the state of the current economy, this would be an appropriate time for that quote to come to fruition.

How does this affect crypto? Well, if the 2008 housing crisis taught us anything, it taught us that a major collapse in real estate affects everything. Make sure you all stay locked in, because this is a situation that I will be monitoring closely. Talk to you all soon!

  7. I’ve been a bear up to this point, but it seems like bears are getting desperate. It seems less certain everyday that we go down from here.

  8. Keep waiting for a crash that’s not happening! This is called normalcy, multiple offers over asking was short lived and things will stabilize. Bottom line we are still over 5M homes short of demand. Rates just went to 4.99% today and are still historically low! Keep waiting for a crash and you will def be priced out!

  9. Would love a follow-up video focused on specific areas of the country. Where do you expect real estate to get hit really hard? Are there any areas of the country that could be somewhat immune to a crash (who may see more of a flat line rather than a crash)? Once the housing market starts to bottom out, what parts of the country would be great areas to focus on for investments (areas where I can get a good deal and that have huge upside long-term in prices)?

  11. Always the same. People spreading fear when everything is already low. Because of this fud the majority sells or waits to buy and eventually miss the boat. Sure we could get a big dip but you never know for sure and also not when things recover. Just DCA and you’ll be fine. That’s what all successful investors do

  13. @Dgrim I follow both, mostly Krown. Todays video was regardless of that on point, regarding the shitstorm to be expected in the global economy, wait and see
