I was looking for a few extremely low camp new GEMS to invest in. Very promising with all the fees for ETH I think we can hugely capitalize on that movement of purchasing a virtual gas station with rebates to the hilt with the added bonus of supplying liquidity to boot, so that is why number one on my list was ENOL. The #2 on my list was to hold 1 COVER, And a big handful of AC ACoconut 🤝

Right now at this time not just here in the country but around the world I understand truly for the circumstances that we find ourselves in around the globe but much light is coming as the storm will get worse please prepare. Markets are Rational.

Market Participants are Subjective and Irrational.

Market Prices are set by market participants reacting to both rational and irrational realizations.

In the case of Defi and Yearn…
The short term play on these is hyper-growth potential.

The long term play is that these systems are able to produce massive, seemingly guaranteed, returns on liquidity assets provided. Some advertising rates of 8-12%.

Whereas, if we consider that these pools are merely under-capitalized and therefore requiring of such high interest, it is merely a matter of time before higher liquidity drives down interest rates.

If the case can be made that these financial products and protocols, like Yearn, can survive in a hyper-competitive, highly regulated, environment where increased capital inflows will cause massive disruption to market Capitalization and Rates… Then Yearn has potential.

If the Yearn Governance Model can prove itself to define or defy what we understand about the failings of Direct Democracy initiatives, especially with Weighted Votes, and without any logical or prudent forward guidance and leadership from the Executive or Command Group of Yearn… It will fail.

Otherwise… If the entire bubble of Yearn is completely reliant on the pursuit of ever higher returns, and these returns are made more competitive as more and more capital chases less and less borrowing demand… Then – What is a Governance Token truly worth?
